Liked: Big and comfort room that is quite nice. In addition, it got self laundry service which is really the traveling people need.
Disliked: Only thing not perfect is the breakfast too simple to fit the brand of Fairfield that I thought. Anyway, I will still recommend it and come back.

Very good

Liked: The front desk help was very helpful, she deserves a raise and recognition. Took all questions I had and patiently answered them and met my requests with professionalism and joy in her work.
Disliked: Front door is in what would be considered an alley, breakfast was gross and they started cleaning it up at 8:25am when it was supposed to go until 9am. Several guests were disappointed by this.

Disliked: The toilet was dirty, there was hair on the towels and there was no soap in the shower

Liked: Not a thing. Very unsatisfied for the amount of stars on this facility It was run like a 1 star
Disliked: Didn’t get checked in, didn’t receive keycards to the building. Wifi wasn’t working entire stay we both of us being Canadian were charged hefty amounts of date roaming charges we weren’t aware of until the next day. Totalling more than the room costs itself. Manager Jordan- extremely disrespectful and unprofessional saying there is nothing he can do for a refund. Paid full price for a hotel with no keycards, no wifi. Nothing. Won’t EVER be back. & will be making sure everyone I know is aware of how poor this hotel is run! Ruined the trip. I feel like I got robbed 100%

Beautiful hotel with nice staff

Liked: Beautiful hotel as you walk in, the room was very very nice for the price we paid. We have never had a good experience with any hotels in the past, and this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in for the price we got it for.
Disliked: The only issue we had was there was constant noise and disruptions out in the hallways in the middle of the night which made it incredibly difficult to sleep. However, I am aware that this is no fault of the hotel, it was just very inconvenient
