Helpful and friendly staff; clean; great breakfast. Parking was easy and the location was near everything we wanted to do. The hotel was clean. Customer service was great. Food was great.

Great downtown location, only 1 block from the Wisconsin Center. Comfortable beds! Allowed early check-in at no extra cost.

Hotel was great - located close to the Milwaukee Theatre. We walked the whole time - to dinner, to happy hour after the concert. Rooms were very nice, beds comfortable and breakfast was so much more than expected. Will definitely stay again!

Liked: Young lady at the front desk who checked us in was awesome!

Fairly average hotel but located 1 block from the Wisconsin Center (convention center) and 3 blocks from the river and River Walk with great restaurants and scenery. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff were always wonderful, attentive and helpful for any little question.

Liked: Breakfast; refrigerator; workout room; friendly front desk; good housekeeping; location; parking; newspaper; WiFi.
Disliked: Kept needing new keys; towels scratchy.
