Liked: Pretty much everything was great.
Disliked: Some of the breakfast pastries and bagels were stale. Also, there was a loud ruckus that started in the hotel and moved outside in the parking lot. It lasted for some time and disturbed our peaceful time.

Best Inn in Milwaukee

Liked: The night auditor is the best part of this inn. Every time I stay there, she is a welcome sight. Always friendly and cheerful to us guests, even in the wee hours of the morning. I had to catch the 3 am shuttle this morning and she had placed out breakfast items at that hour for our convenience. She's a gem! A+++
Disliked: Loved it all! I recommend this inn to everyone.

Great facility, and I would...

Liked: Great staff with friendly personalities. Quiet and Comfortable room. Quality breakfast with plenty of options. Convenient location.
Disliked: They ran out of coffee during breakfast and I heard multiple people comment on that. The layout of the breakfast line is a bit scattered and could be a bit more streamlined.

Helped my daughter escape

Liked: My daughter needed to get away from where she was. After contacting many hotels that told me that I could not pay for a room for her because I'm not there physically, this place was very accommodating. They made sure that my daughter was safe. They kept great communication with me. Lori at the front desk, was very helpful. She told me as long as my daughter was there by a specific time then it was no problem to get her room and get her to the airport the next day. My daughter was cozy and kept safe. She couldn't fit all of her belongings in her luggage. Destiny was nice enough to call and ask if I was extending my stay. She coordinated it to have the shuttle bus driver drop off at the UPS and shipped here So when she got here she would have the rest of her belongings that she couldn't fit in her luggage for the plane. Although the name wasn't correct on the package. She was still able to get all of her belongings. They were very friendly, very accommodating and great with communication! I appreciated this place helping my daughter.
Disliked: She wasn't able to eat breakfast. She had to leave the to the airport at the same time that it was opening. They didn't write the correct name on the package which is challenging for the United States Post office to deliver. But we got it.

Definitely would recommend

Liked: It was easy to get to. Clean and like the photos. The pool was actually warm!! It says heated and it is. We travel a lot and find lately most pools are ice cold so we never know. The hot tub was nice and hot!! Would definitely come back for this. We took the shuttle to the airport and that was nice. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. We left at 4:30 before the breakfast but they had premade breakfast sandwiches and donuts/toast plus drinks available so that was very nice. The coffee was good and my family that brought us to the hotel that stayed for the full breakfast said it was good.

Overall it was very good...

Liked: Quiet and clean hotel, hallways, room. Comfortable bed. Down pillow options! Refrigerator was on and cooled (oftentimes they are not!). Room AC was on, so room was fairly cool. (Oftentimes they’re not, and room is musty or warm). I was lucky enough to have a soft bath towel in my room! (Unusual in ANY hotel!). Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast options were fairly basic, but served my need. It would have been nice to have some berries, or melon (as the bananas weren’t ripe enough to eat yet, and the apples were a bit soft
