Liked: The young lady behind the desk, I believe her name was Courtney, but I am not sure. She was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Every time I saw her she was smiling, happy and helping people. She helped us coordinate two birthdays at the hotel and went above and beyond what she was supposed to be doing. I told her I absolutely loved her. I would go back to the hotel just to see her. I was there to surprise my son who lives in Midland and she even helped with the surprise. She is awesome and I hope she gets some recognition from this answer.
Disliked: I loved the room, the areas to sit in the lobby and the cleanliness of the entire building. I will recommend your hotel to everyone.

Liked: The hot selections were good. Wish you had a better selection of muffins or rolls.
Disliked: Sometimes just want something sweet with my morning coffee.

Liked: Breakfast was okay, and the room was very nice.
Disliked: Light bulb needed replacing, but we didn’t take the time to notify anyone. The room was a little pricey.

Clean and comfortable stay

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Location downtown is very nice. Parking very good . Staff pleasant and friendly. 1st floor fairly quiet midweek. Good coffee in the morning. We were able to check in an hour early after calling them ahead of time. Big showers, mirrors didn't fog.
Disliked: Breakfast ended at 9:30am. For the price you'd think they could run this to 10 or 10:30am. We missed it as we slept in a touch and then got ready. We were told it was 9:30.. just felt it wasn't vacation friendly.
