Liked: The young lady behind the desk, I believe her name was Courtney, but I am not sure. She was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Every time I saw her she was smiling, happy and helping people. She helped us coordinate two birthdays at the hotel and went above and beyond what she was supposed to be doing. I told her I absolutely loved her. I would go back to the hotel just to see her. I was there to surprise my son who lives in Midland and she even helped with the surprise. She is awesome and I hope she gets some recognition from this answer.
Disliked: I loved the room, the areas to sit in the lobby and the cleanliness of the entire building. I will recommend your hotel to everyone.
