Quite comfortable stay

Liked: Loved the indoor pool & the shower amenities. The king size bed & pillows were comfortable! I also loved the window shade with the print.
Disliked: In the king size bed room there were only 2 drawers & they were not clean so we had to clean out the debris before storing our clothes in them. Also, the shelves were quite dusty. The bathroom had no exhaust fan.

Liked: Hotel Pteon BEWARE!! This place was HORRIBLE and they NEVER Serviced the room on a 4 night stay!!! I literally had to beg for them to provide me with fresh bath towels and linens, etc.! Also, the room next door to me. It was being used by the hotel staff members, and they had music on all night every night!! Again, HORRIBLE!!

Liked: Breakfast was ok. If you like waffles, you will love it. The women at the reception area were friendly and very helpful. Even got an upgrade.
Disliked: Bathtub had dark ring around it and pillow smelled like perfume. Changed rooms.
