Nice hotel but could use...

Liked: The staff was great. Friendly, always smiling and helpful.
Disliked: They didn't clean our room as requested. Half the outlets in the room didn't work. The bed was lumpy, the comforter was dirty, the breakfast wasn't good.

Horrible experience traveling a long...

Disliked: The appearance was not acceptable! Reception area furniture was not clean!!Elevator carpet was filthy. The TV did not work and we had no hot water for Friday night check in or neither days that we booked. No room cleaning either days or clean sheets or towels either days! We want a discount on the rooms cost. We traveled to Memphis for a dear relatives funeral, with an elderly Aunt. The stay at Fairfield was the worse ever experience! I did leave a complaint at the front desk when checking out for the manager! Disappointed customer! Pamela Adams

Poor hotel

Liked: The elevator wasn’t working for my entire stay of 4 days, the TV wasn’t working…the bathtub had no stoppers…the bathroom mat was dirty on arrival…,the breakfast was horrible…they didn’t make fresh eggs…no fruits or anything else…,customer service was poor…I can go on and on…don’t expect this of Marriot

Disliked: The entire facility was TIRED. Torn carpet, broken tiles, and the list goes on. I recommend it be taken off your hotel listing.
