Awesome!!

Liked: The staff was very friendly! I arrived late due to coming straight from work. I was greeted and instructed on where everything was. I was delightful!!

Nice hotel close to highway...

Liked: Easy access from highway, easy driving route to restaurants and some shops.
Disliked: Nothing

We really loved out short...

Liked: Very good. The woman working to keep things stocked during breakfast on morning of Dec 25, 2024 did an excellent job. Location lovely. Hot food was hot. A+. The room was spacious, clean, comfy beds, very nice. The front desk woman on Christmas Eve and same person on Christmas morning was fabulous. She was friendly, cheerful, so nice. Jennifer. I asked her how she got such a bad schedule: she worked evening of 24th for a sick co-worker and morning of 25th was her own schedule. Such a positive and sweet person. Great employee!
Disliked: Too bad we weren't staying longer!

Disappointing for a suite

Liked: The cleanliness of the room and the close proximity to the mall area.
Disliked: The breakfast had only one kind of fruit(orange). No microwave in breakfast room to warm my very cold boil egg. No hot drinks alternates to coffee. Hot tea would have been nice. Breakfast starts late 7:00. For guest that want to on the highway by 7 it puts a damper on the plans .The beds were very uncomfortable. We we in Rm 123 and the room would not get dark due to the light from the pool area. Also the suites should have sliding doors between the bedroom and the sitting room. The TVs compete.
