decent stay but would of...
Liked: the property was amazing the problem was no room service to make bed or change towels was ever provided like promised . the show door handle was broken

Disappointed at the loud noise/chaos...
Liked: Location as my project for 5 days was in Viera a few miles away.
Disliked: A large group was in your hotel from a baseball league and the chaos with the kids and noise and nonsense was non-stop for 3 of my 5 day stay. We started on the 2nd flr for 2 nights and they would run up and down the hallway, yelling and banging on guest room doors. I opened my door after going to bed around 10 pm, after working a 11 hr day in construction, and yelled at these brats to shut up. The parents were standing in the hallways laughing drinking and talking loudly while the brats were treating your hallway like a damn playground. I laid back down and they all kept it up until after midnight. I called the front desk and the lady said she had other complaints and would send security up which I don't believe ever happened. I requested a room change after 2 nights of loud chaos and we were put on the 4th floor. I also watched them throw food and make a lot of noise at breakfast and that experience was destroyed quickly. I was left with the very clear impression that my 5 night stay for $1,200 was not nearly as important as the block of rooms $$$ the loud drunk parents took with the brats. I work in Viera occasionally and will most likely find another hotel next visit. Sad because this property looked fairly new and at this rate....will be destroyed soon with these type of obnoxious and entitled guests.

Beautiful, lovely property, loved it.
Liked: Wow what a beautiful property & location is top tier, walking distance to shopping/food/entertainment. Family friendly, bar available downstairs, beautiful rooms, everything we loved.
Disliked: My key cards stopped working multiple times during my stay.

Liked: The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good.
Disliked: The staff is in terrible need of a thorough training. The receptionist was not aware of basic procedures, like the deposit being pre-authorized upon booking and payment of the overnight. Initially I thought I was charged more for the night, but in fact it was the deposit being held and not only she was not aware of that in order to explain it properly, she was insisting that the hotel does not charge anything, the charge is through booking (my bank statement was clearling stating Fairfield at the charge name) and she charged a deposit again!! Not to mention, that she did not care to inform anyone to look into it in the morning, despite I asked for it. I had to inform again the morning shift, who ensured that someone will contact me. Nobody actually did, I had to contact them through booking.com to figure out what was going on. Further, for some unknown reason the booking name was not corectly registered in the reservation (that was on booking.com), but she did not care to correct it and as a result, I could not connect to the WiFi. Disaster, making you wonder about Marriott standards..
