Breakfast was not as good...
Liked: The breakfast was adequate. The location excellent. The staff was friendly and polite.
Disliked: Room service was not provided automatically.

Exceptional
Liked: Breakfast was delicious. I loved the variety. The cooked food was warm and plentiful. Staff worked to keeo the area clean and well stocked.
Disliked: This location was our first choice. We drove extra miles and paid a little more because of a previous stay. We had another wonderful experience this weekend. We meet in Rockledge annually, your lo ation will be our hotel of choice moving forward!

Liked: Very nice property. Clean and nicely maintained. Hallways a bit damaged by linen carts, but otherwise new finishes.
Disliked: Damage to walls in hallways made facility look worn.

Underwhelming experience, from Fab to...

Disliked: The hotel descriptions are not accurate as the hotel shows as fabulous on rating and it is substandard. There is a big discrepancy on what they showcase and what it truly is. Even corridors walls are scratched all along the corridors on every single floor. I'm very unhappy and the price does not reflect the category of the place.I placed a complaint requesting a refund as I was very disappointed, unhappy and it was an underwhelming experience. Not even the room was cleaned during the stay, and the bar was closed. The bed was uncomfortable, tv almost falling from wall, and the bathroom did not even have a hook to hang your towel after having a shower. The water from the shower had not much pressure either. Bathroom tiles had spots of not having been cleaned properly, I did not feel like wanting to shower there.We paid for a service and hotel category that did not match what was advertised. Photos did not show the deterioration of the hotel and even the room chair had stains. The carpet had little pieces of tissues which showed it was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived.The intention was to relax and not to feel as we have been fooled. The clerk at the hotel even said that it was more expensive due to being in a disabled room (I am disable) which I found unacceptable. No sorry was even offered.I feel the photos on the adverts mislead information. The photos are probably when the hotel was newer. Therefore, the hotel did not match the expectations from the information the hotel had online that made us decide to book there. It was a complete disappointment from the very first moment of arrival.They were not trying to sort anything out, despite I requested to leave early, as we did not want to stay there but the clerk said our money would not be refunded as the booking was done through booking.com. It was not their responsibility but booking.com as a 3rd party. Poor breakfast food/drinks self served on disposable cups/plates, cutlery.
