Liked: This is a good stop, close to the freeway, close to restaurants, a friendly convenience store across the parking lot, and one of the best breakfasts we've seen.
Disliked: The shower head wasn't great. The room needs brighter lighting.

Liked: The hotel was really comfortable and clean. We loved the gym, pool and the breakfast was really good!
Disliked: The pool was a little small.

This bed is way too...

Liked: It was easy to find and easy to find our way back to the freeway. There were a few decent places to eat within walking distance. The options for the free breakfast were good. Everything appeared rather clean.
Disliked: Someone was smoking directly in front of the entry upon our arrival. They were in direct view of the front desk staff yet were allowed to smoke without being told to move further away from the entrance. We delayed our entry as a result to avoid the secondhand smoke. The pool is very small, so we did not use it because of overcrowding and being direct view of any guests coming on and off the elevator. The beds were way to soft that resulted in intense back pain from lack of support. I ended up putting the sheets and bedding on the floor the second night as a result. The heater/air conditioner was very noisy making it difficult to get to sleep. If it were not for the very uncomfortable beds we would consider staying here during our next visit to Medford. That being said, we will not be returning to this establishment.

Liked: Location was good. Later 10/23/24 and morning 10/24 desk personnel were friendly. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: There was what may have been bits of soft poo or poo-looking soft food on the carpet. You are not terribly pet friendly as advertised. You charge too much, no good places for potty break except field full of poo, and where can you leave your dog when you get breakfast when it’s too cold or too hot to leave them in your car (your policy does not allow leaving them in your room alone and you can’t take them into the dining area)? Desk personnel not particularly friendly or helpful. I wasn’t informed about the charges for my room unless I asked.

Liked: Good selection, I liked the egg bites. It was clean and restated frequently.
Disliked: Not your fault. We booked through booking .com and a third company protect. Inc put a $70.00 fee on our bill. We were not given a chance to accept it or reject it. Beware when you book with a booking company
