It was so disappointing. I...

Liked: Breakfast was very poor. There was no designated person overseeing the station. It was necessary to ask someone to refresh both the eggs and bacon. Because no one was overseeing it, we waited and waited some more until someone came. Then that person had to go back to the kitchen area and wait until the food was ready. There was only toast, bagels, and English muffins - no regular muffins. There were no small containers of yogurt and no biscuits and gravy which is very traditional for most breakfast buffets.

The mattresses were thin and very uncomfortable. Also got locked out of my room for about 2 1/2 hours due to the batteries going dead in the door lock. Had to wait a long time for someone to come and replace the batteries.

Disliked: Even though our room was clean, but the refrigerator had leftover food from the previous guest . I feel like it’s overpriced.
