Fairfield Inn's employees were kind and helpful; easy to check in and out; the room was clean and fresh, and it was close to my venue. I would have given a 5 but I could hear my neighbors through the walls.

Liked: The room was clean and perfect for me. I was not able to take advantage of any of the amenities.
Disliked: Sorry to say I could hear my neighbors loud and clear.

Disliked: The beds were super uncomfortable, unfortunately we got no sleep due to this. The ac made a super loud and weird noise cutting on.

Under renovation, but don't let...

Liked: Loved the location and proximity to LU. We were visiting our two kids who attend there.
Disliked: I didn't realize this hotel was under renovation. Our room (4th floor) was great and it was quiet (looked newly renovated?), but there were workers coming and going on the first floor and it appeared the third floor was offline. Part of the parking lot was blocked. The breakfast area was moved to a conference room. The staff and the workers worked hard to ensure the guests weren't affected or inconvenienced.
