In town for a wedding. Location was very close to the venue. Staff of the hotel was great. Our room was very nice. Breakfast was great. Will stay again if in that area!

Price was high for the type of hotel. Vending machines were empty and the little "market" in the lobby was pricey. Just a plain hotel - nothing fancy. Location was good - nearby venues were close. Shuttle was running late. Would probably stay elsewhere when visiting Louisville the next time.

The hotel service was exceptional.

Liked: The facilities it provides to customers like the swimming pools, gyms, spa , tv and others were excellent.
Disliked: So many faculty equipment-Most of the equipment were out of order like the elevators, ice machines, and food equipment.

Overall for the price we...

Liked: The location was good. The parking was convenient. The staff was friendly at check in and offered to help carry luggage.
Disliked: The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor, the handrails to the steps were breaking off the wall, there was stains of some sort all over the carpet leading from the stairwell to our room, the window in our room did not latch so there was a cold breeze that you could feel, there were kids running up and down the hall way until 230 in the morning and then again at 8 am and adults being loud, the breakfast area was congested and at 830 am they were out of butter, forks, apple juice and yogurt. When we went to make pancakes on the machine the worker yelled at us and said she would make them even though other people were making their own.

Would stay again
