Very disappointed stay.

Liked: Clean and remote… so very quiet.
Disliked: No. Hot. Water. And when I told the front desk on check out, no attempt to credit any money back or comp a room for another stay.

It was a great experience.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were many parking spaces and I never had to walk far to get in. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable and well-made. The breakfast was good, the pool was nice, and though we didn't spend too much time at the hotel, it was perfect for our trip! If you're looking for somewhere to stay for plans in the Louisville area and can commute in, this hotel is perfect for that!
Disliked: There were not any issues that I had during this stay. The staff were very respectful and if there were any "issues" they were minor, and fixed immediately by the front desk staff.
