Great place, unfortunate mistake by...

Liked: The location is great. The pool was clean and well maintained. The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, a few things missing like syrup and fruit.
Disliked: We were charged double upon our arrival. It was a mistake on the end of the guy at the front desk. He didn't see I already paid on booking.com and charged my card again. I was told that they would reverse and release that charge back to my debit card. It has been a week and it still has not been released. Anyone with 4 kids knows that if and extra $350 goes missing from your account for a week it really matters. This has been the greatest frustration with an otherwise good place to stay.

Disliked: Staff were not helpful at all, when I asked about the deposit they hold on your card they had no idea how much it was.

Liked: Not a whole lot.
Disliked: We were supposed to have a conjoing room, and they pit us in 2 different rooms. There was a pool party with people that were not staying there. Lamp shades were missing in our room. Drywall was in rough shape and one room smelled like fish.
