As stated, "CUSTOMER RELATIONS"

Liked: It starts with your main entry: cleanliness and the employee behind the counter. I met a woman behind the counter who was very helpful upon arrival. Being retired from the FDA in Sanitation for a very long time, this facility cares for the HEALTH OF OTHERS. It all starts with "CUSTOMER RELATIONS". And I must say this facility is one of them. Myself? YES, I would return.Thank you Doug Henig
Disliked: A BIGGER COFFEE BREW IN THE ROOMS, LOL.

I would not even consider...

Liked: Breakfast was nice. Good selection and fresh. Eating facilities were nice.
Disliked: We asked for a working iron that took a while, and made a request for extra towels that never showed up. It sounds more inconvenient than it was.
