Perfect

Liked: After traveling 18 hours by car, we were delighted to learn the hotel had a bar and light menu. Not only was the food hot and tasty, but the staff ensured that we had the space and time to relax.

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was hot and fresh. It was quiet and the front desk staff, Shay tried to accommodate our needs. She went so far as to wake the manager to solve our booking problem.
Disliked: Our booked room wasn't available, we were booked for a double queen. We were given a king with a fold out couch. 3 adults and a child. The desk clerk was told to give us 2 king rooms but she had to check in other guests before assigning us a 2nd room. I had a 5 AM flight, I wouldn't leave a 10 year child alone in a room. The shuttle van was more than 15 minutes late picking us up for our transfer to the airport. I nearly missed my plane.

Liked: Staff tried to be helpful - but feces on the floor made the overall experience poor
Disliked: Feces on the floor as we entered and the smell was bad. The stay costed me an additional 40$ USD - due to the hotel staff being incompetent - or incompetence on booking.com side.
