Liked: Booked a room over a month in advance “couldn’t find my name” in the system. Even had confirmation messages about this hotel and the receipt and showed the GM had to pay for a new room gave me a small discount still paid over $200 for a room. Only because it was needed being we drove 2 hours.
Disliked: No refund.

Check TV in room first!...
Liked: Room seemed nice at first.
Disliked: TV did not work! Found this out later in day. Person at front desk came to our room to fix. She could not get to work and could not move us because hotel was full. This is unacceptable and we expect a to be contacted by corporate and given a free night. ( This is what Hilton did.)Breakfast was not good either. Omelettes and sausage patties were not hot enough. We didn’t get sick, so they were hot enough to kill bacteria, but not a good “look” for hotel chain. (Someone at corporate should be concerned.)

Disappointing
Disliked: I was charged twice for the room. I was charged on May 29, 2024 and again on October 5. I was told that it would be corrected but nothing shows up on my credit card statement to show that I was credited for the second charge.
