Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Pool wad closed but we didn't know until we got there. I reserved the rooms for family and they charged my card I used to hold the rooms and still charged 1 room to my cousin's card. I called checkout day and was told to call back once charges were no longer pending. Big hassle!

Liked: Convenient location and decent accommodations. Bed comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast and coffee very good.
Disliked: Room was close to elevator and we could hear it at night. Windows did not block out road noise very well. Body wash container in shower was empty

Disliked: Pool is closed and you don't know about it till you checkin. With Pool closed, pricing should be cheaper.
