Exceptional
Liked: Had car issues. Front desk attendant helpful with suggesting to have maintenance man look at it. He did so, putting his scanner on it. Thanks both of you for this extra help!

Disappointed
Disliked: Hotel was under renovations and was not the cleanest. My family and I stayed in a newly renovated room and it still had construction dust in it. We went down for breakfast and there was hardly any food. I travel for work and stay in hotels a lot and have paid less for better places and was not the norm for your brand. The construction site at the front of the hotel was a complete mess.

Disappointed
Liked: The benefit in location depends on what you want. This place is a short jog to the horse park, which was in line with our needs.
Disliked: Construction can be understandable but provide your guests with a discount to put up with it. Parking was minimal at best. No parking space lines meant it couldn’t be used to its capacity, because people were double parked.Noise, lots of it night and day. Where were the staff? No front desk staff around. We had to give out room keys to one of the cleaners, as no one was available for check out at 9am!? very disappointing Marriott. I have a feeling many who stayed this past weekend, won’t be coming back.

The rooms are really small.
Liked: I like the location. It wasn’t far from where we needed to be, and in close proximity to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The entire first floor is gutted to the studs and dust covers everything. The hall to the elevator had extension cords across them for the construction workers. At 8 am, you knew you were in a construction zone.

Comfortable
Liked: Even though you were going under construction, I enjoyed my room
Disliked: The noisy neighbors. Could hear every thing through the adjoining door. Also no Wi-Fi
