Liked: Staff was super helpful in making recommendations for local restaurants and answering questions. My kids absolutely loved breakfast. My daughter loved it so much she wanted me to book another night stay at the hotel.

Liked: I didn't like anything they overbooked, and I had to make arrangements at another hotel!!!!!!!
Disliked: I had to make arrangements at another hotel because they overbooked!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a horrible feeling to drive 4 hours to your destination and find out you need to find another hotel in a snow storm!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: The hotel was close to our shows and shopping.
Disliked: When we arrived I had to find someone to check us in. We were standing there for 15 minutes. Bed is as hard as a rock! I inch cushion the rest rock. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. Assistant told me that happens when the hotel is filled to capacity. Maid never came and took care of our room. Awful!!!
