Liked: Room was clean people was nice close to everything

Disliked: There was no hot water.

Disliked: Bathroom needs to upgrade. There’s rust or stains around the bathtub.The noise from the street is annoying. Maybe new windows

Confirmed reservations mean nothing!

Liked: Staff member was kind but not helpful.
Disliked: We arrived with a confirmed reservation booked online with a 3rd party and with an email that said our reservation was accepted by Fairfield Inn and Suites (Lancaster East at The Outlets). Upon arrival, we were told there was no room available for us, and the hotel was completely booked. We were turned away and told simply you shouldn't have used a 3rd party. Marriott needs to fix the communication problem with 3rd party booking agents.

Great location, overall ok

Liked: The customer service and check in process was smooth. The breakfast was fair. The location is great and room size are great too. The price is ok.
Disliked: The rooms need to be much better with the cleaning and details of it. The fridge was leaking and we needed that for medications. The coffee needs to be redone rethought. is time to spring clean those rooms.

Would stay at this Chain...

Liked: Location is good. Breakfast was good. We love fresh Waffles
Disliked: WiFi! When attempting to connect either on phone or tablet would continue to “spool” and when it would finally connect it would drop connection. Ended up having to go to coffee shop for important meeting I had to be on line for. I did speak to front desk twice and nothing was resolved but was informed that they were in the process of changing providers

Conviently closely licated to Dutch...

Liked: Very close to Dutch Wonderland. 24 hours gyms, 24 hours coffee. Microwave always a must when you have a young toddler.
Disliked: The bathroom needs some repairs. Wallpaper ripped. The furnitures and linens have few stains. Understand sofa had few spots of stain but it was vey dusty.

We really enjoyed ourselves even...

Liked: Loved the breakfast loved that we could make our waffles the kids loved that 100 percent we also used the pool although the water was really cold but we still enjoyed it
