Very good

Liked: The staff were kind and friendly willing to go above and beyond to make sure your needs meet.
Disliked: Location but overall with having security I felt safe and will come again.

Liked: Staff was courteous kind and respectful.
Disliked: Facility was unclean sheets were not changed carpet wasn't vacuumed and shower was disgusting!

Dirty

Liked: Staff was nice. AC worked
Disliked: Room was FILTHY. urine dried up on side of the toilet, bathroom floor looks like it hasn’t been swept or moped in WEEKS The bathtub was also dirty. The rooms floor was definitely not vacuumed

We didn’t sleep great because...

Liked: The staff was very friendly, the building was clean, quiet, and smelled amazing.
Disliked: Our room was uncomfortably hot. We turned the thermostat down to 65, but our room never cooled below 75. Our bathtub drained very slow.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff is what makes this place great. All our needs were met.
Disliked: A bit of a hassle using the frontage roads to access the highway, but that's the way most every hotel is built in the area. It wouldn't stop me from staying again.
