Disappointed.

Liked: The convenience and location were great, the value was good.
Disliked: The bathrooms were unclean, the pullout couch was torn up and stained, and when we got to continental breakfast the next morning (which was a HUGE reason we chose this hotel, it was not open or ready. This was at 6:30am and the breakfast was advertised to have started half an hour prior to this. We were extremely disappointed as this was very unprofessional how the employee handled it.

Great stay!! Staff very nice.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Great location to Uber to Neyland stadium. Clean and quiet.

Disliked: The outlet behind the microwave did not work. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. The shower door was not mounted correctly so you had to use the doors the hard way. Went to breakfast the first day and there were no eggs at 8 am. Never put out.

Disliked: There was a quarter-sized stain of a reddish substance on the one of the blackout curtain, the wooden supports for the microwave were unpainted and that area needed a lot of caulk, the bathroom was lacking caulk along the edge where the wallpaper met the tile and the entrance to the property had several pieces of artificial turf piled up like old area rugs, leaving the dirt underneath exposed.

Liked: The property was close to campus without the high fees for being downtown. The tv was good.
Disliked: We couldn’t enjoy the pool because it closed too early (8 pm). There was not enough parking. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came in to clean or bring new towels. When I requested new towels I was told we were supposed to put them in the hallway outside of the door. I have never heard of such a thing. Our trash piled up because no one came in to empty it. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was blah. Typical waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and very watery eggs and sausage.

Liked: Location was good right off the interstate not happy right nextdoor to local motel. Was ok clean but not terrific good value for the price probably will not stay again
Disliked: could have smelled and been cleaner also the parking lot could have more light
