Poor

Disliked: The water was off from 10am-2pm so I had to go to my meeting without showering. Then I transferred to another hotel and am having issues getting a refund. Also the phone was disconnected couldn’t even call downstairs if I wanted to.

Super friendly and helpful staff!

Liked: Staff was friendly, helpful, kind, professional - everyone including the front desk and housekeeping staff.
Disliked: Some of the furniture in the room is showing signs of wear and tear and should be replaced.

Met met needs for a...

Disliked: No bar/short order food for lunch/dinner like other Fairfields. Breakfast offerings were limited and not very good.

Have stayed here before and...

Liked: Clean facility inside and out. Appreciated the extra pillows in the closet. Nice that it offers a breakfast.
Disliked: Toilet was too low. I am a tall and big buy with bad knees. Felt like I was falling while sitting. Then trying to get up, nothing to grab to stand.
