Liked: Everything was great, except they shut the slide down at 6pm rather than the 8pm they had told us earlier on in the day when I had called to triple check all pool and slide times, as this was the only reason for our staycation. So that was very disappointing, there was about 15 let down kids who were told the same thing as we were
Disliked: They closed the slide early due to staffing “issues” which was beyond disappointing because this was the whole reason for our staycation, was to use the slide and to swim.

Liked: Location of hotel was the only good thing
Disliked: The hotel is older and has not been updated, though charges as much as newer and better hotels. The room had an odour in it, there was rust on bathroom fixtures, there were two tv’s, neither of which worked. We called the front desk and no one answered, so we went down to ask about the tv and were told someone would be right up…they never showed. The bed linens were old and thin and the closet was small with very few hangars. We checked out after the first night. The complimentary breakfast had a very poor and limited selection with paper plates and wooden forks and spoons.
