Very good

Poor customer service, clean rooms.

Liked: Property was nice and the room was clean.
Disliked: The person checking in people was nowhere to be found and I had to wait around 15 minutes for her to finally show up

Comfortable bed, but hotel needs...

Liked: The bed was really comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
Disliked: The hotel needs some TLC. The sink in our room didn't drain, and the handle on the shower door came off when we opened it. Overall, the hotel was not at the standard that we've come to expect from Fairfield. Breakfast was sparse (the bananas were so over ripe -they shouldn't have even been put out on the breakfast bar). The hotel wasn't dirty, but again, it wasn't as spic and span as we have come to expect from this brand or price point.

Liked: Rooms where clean and bed good.
Disliked: nothing

Nice hotel but breakfast needs...

Disliked: The hotel was very far from being crowded but on our last day breakfast eggs and sausage ran out 40 minutes before breakfast end time and nobody did anything about it. Hot water for tea was not refilled.
