Liked: Hotel was updated, clean and provided a good breakfast.
Disliked: Guest services upon arrival was hard to determine if the person sitting at the front desk was the receptionist of a facilities/cleanser staff.

Liked: Breakfast was fine
Disliked: Pool heater was not working and water temperature was too cold to use the pool. That was the main reason to book the room. When I talked to the desk clerk about it she dismissed it as it as one of the amenities that was given as sort of a extra bonus. Made no effort to placate the customer.

Liked: Checking in was great, service was good, location was fine.
Disliked: We notice someone had use the bathroom and didn’t flush the toilet. Was hoping to get a coffee in the lounge area but there was nothing made and the nothing was made in the morning as well. Breakfast was not being served until 6:30am that was too late. We wanted to get an early start.
