Wonderful Hospitality & VERY Clean...

Liked: The staff was EXTREMELY friendly & hospitable! The gentleman working the front desk the night of 3/22/25 deserves a special shout out for going above & beyond! Breakfast was very good, also!
Disliked: The room above us was VERY noisy into the late night/midnight hours. We tried calling front desk to complain but couldn't get through.

Liked: The hotel was not prepared for the amount of guests that were there for a tournament. The kitchen couldn't keep up with the demand. I asked a front desk clerk to help the poor girl out because there was no coffee at the 24 hr coffee station. The overnight gentleman at the desk on Sunday night was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. When I asked for napkins,he just pointed towards the kitchen that was not open yet! Very disappointed in his performance. When I checked out,the printer wasn't ready & I had to wait 10-15 minutes for check out.

Liked: The staff were very good, the person who checked me in in particular was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The staff were great, I do think the cleaning could use some attention. There was a used washcloth draped over the rail and the shower curtain in my room, which the housekeepers just missed, but it didn't look like the sill under the bathroom door was very clean either. Biggest issue is that the lobby and main floor elevator lobby floors were disgustingly dirty when I checked in, but then were not cleaned still by the time I checked out 13 hours later. That needs work. There are maintenance and upkeep points which could improve also.

Great place nice and clean...

Disliked: In the pool area, they had the air on instead of the heat ! so once u got out the pool it was freezing cold. but the pool was a heated pool and that was a plus
