Disliked: That I had to sign up to a rewards program just to use free wifi. These days even the cheap hotels have free wifi. Why on earth should I pay more for wifi access when I already paid a premium for a nice room at a nicer hotel?

Disliked: There is so much but let’s start with the fact that they cancelled my reservation because they said they thought it was a 15 year old making the reservation. They thought this because they weren’t smart enough to figure out that the reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child. A 15 YEAR OLD CHILD! When we get up to our room and get unpacked, my husband ran out to the car for something and walked by the pool area to find out that it was closed for maintenance. Seriously? Wouldn’t you have told me that at check in?
