Liked: We liked the fact that we couldn't hear the traffic noise. Also, the bed was soft.
Disliked: The room we had looked like a room that needed a lot of TLC. We could hear the elevator banging even though we were at the end of the hallway. In the morning I mentioned to the staff that they were out of coffee, and he stated that he was not. Then a few minutes later someone else mentioned it, and he couldn't make it fast enough. I don't appreciate being ignored.

Disliked: The mattress was stained room smelled like mildew! I had to beg for towels DAILY! I was there 6 days and never saw a housekeeper! I bought supplies with my own money to clean the room and bathroom I even had to ask for tissue paper and purchased my own trash bags because neither basket had one and of course empty them myself daily! The back door on the bottom floor doesn’t open properly with key which is a fire hazard and during the day the prop it open with a stick! The beds were extremely uncomfortable and you could fold the pillow 4 times and still not be firm enough to place under your head! I don’t recommend this hotel it was HORRIBLE!

Disliked: The second straight trip that I stated this hotel and found someone else’s undergarments in the corner of the floor and dirty washcloths

Farefield Inn was a waste...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Only one cart for luggage. Inconsistent customer service. Freezing in room and hallway. Unable to manage temperature with thermostat. When we asked for assistance, staff were unable to give assistance. We were told to go downstairs to get blankets. Hard to get fresh towels. They wanted us to use towels for several days. House-keeping was only available every other day.
