Very disappointed and sad of...

Liked: Nothing it was under construction. Everything was labeled as fix with tapes everywhere the elevators didn’t have a secure floor. It was just wood and a bunch of tapes. My grandson have one of those pieces of wood in his shoes when he went to the pool staff did didn’t care much about my concerns. I went to talk to them Joel the general manager, I asked for a room in the first floor and he didn’t care about my concerns at all and Tracy the same dating Care about my grandson and they just offer me to leave if I wanted to. I felt heart broken My husband Hionas is Diamond in Marriott Bonvoy because we travel a lot and stay with specific Industry always . And I work in the hotel industry for 16 years Waldorf Astoria resort and Hilton and I never seen this type of treatment the lack of concern work ethic training in moments like these of the general manager Joel and the staff Tracy I’m telling them what happen and I book here become my mom was in intensive care in hospital I drove 14 hours to find a elevator and tape and cables and boxes everywhere it was a mess . On top of that water was not coming out hot in the bathroom I ask for another room downstairs and they don’t offer me anything no apologies nothing just ask me to leave if I want it I’m not a rude and I don’t like confrontation he said that and I was in shock and left to my room took the stairs a few time because on top of that the smell in the elevator was horrible. I never ever like to complain but this was by far my worst experience and btw when I book it said nothing about unther constriction or under remodel non of that I would never choose this if that was the case . And the price per night I pay for this stay $443.80 Never again so disappointed.

Great Location and comfy stay

Liked: Very easy to reach from the Airport, the room was spacious and clean and who welcomed me at the desk was very lovely and available to answer all my questions. Breakfast is satisfying with most of the things you expect to find.Extra advantage, the hotel is within walking distance from a car rental which is not that common in the area, and made my first day in Florida ( I am traveling for business) way easier.
