Disliked: The bed was a little to hard for i think they should invest in mattress toppers besides that my stay was very good & I couldn't believe the price especially on the weekend

Liked: Excellent customer service, the facility was very clean.They accommodated our request for a room on the first floor.
Disliked: Breakfast could use some improvement. The fruit was not fresh at all. Should not have been served.The juice machine was not working and there was not alternative.

Disliked: In the bathroom, the shower curtain is a little too short, so when taking a shower the curtain wants to fall outside the tub and gets the bathroom floor soaked

Disliked: I CALLED before booking 2 king suites to ensure that they had a heated pool and was told yes, we get there and I wait and wait and wait to be checked in and then finally get the kids ready and to the pool just to find out it was ICE COLD and I mean ICE COLD!!!! We live 15-20 minutes away and just wanted to let the kids have a fun night of swimming,pizza, and relaxing. That is not what we got!! We could've stayed home to just have pizza and relax, but it just irritates me that when I asked, I was told yes, and it was definitely not! The bathroom door wouldn't shut, and one of the lights in one of the rooms kept going on and off

Disliked: Waited 20 min. to check in. Desk staff was out getting his dinner. Finally came back with a bag from a local restaurant. There were several others that had to wait also. Some just left.
