Liked: It’s close to some decent restaurantsThe bed and pillows were super comfy and the towels were soft and fluffy! Price was good for a king room
Disliked: I couldn’t get the heat regulated, the light outside of the bathroom clicked and blinked when it had been on a while, the remote would barely work, internet wouldn’t connect and front desk didn’t answer when I called for password, hot water was warm-at best-I didn’t even have to cut any cold water on-that’s how bad it was. Not the property’s fault but my room was on the second floor but at the front of the hotel where people apparently gathered to smoke and have really loud conversations

Liked: The overall stay was great.
Disliked: The were no staff or usual breakfast Christmas Day. The bathroom needs upgrades. No microwaves in regular rooms.

Disliked: The room was not serviced daily unless you request, but I was not told. I had to wake the clerk up the morning of check out and she was not friendly. The phone in the room was not hooked up.
