Liked: The staff is very helpful
Disliked: Our toilet wouldn't flush very well. Too many children acting rambunctious and swimming fully clothed and jumping into the pool. Also haven't received my deposit back as well

Liked: the bathtub was lovely, the bed was comfortable
Disliked: the shower curtain was too short, which allowed the floor to get quite wet. The steps out of the tub were a bit slippery. I noticed there were strips to make them less slippery, but several were missing.
