We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel was convenient to all of our activities, such as shopping, casino and the Soul Food Fest at 3919 Lafayette Road. We enjoyed dinner at Fridays, also the breakfast was nice.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevators got stuck; paying for parking.

A lovely hotel in a...

Liked: The location was terrific, the staff were all very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good; lots of variety.
Disliked: The room was a bit dated, more so than I was expecting for $300/night (1 king room) and the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable unfortunately; Super small and hard.

Loved it, would stay again...

Liked: Location was amazing, value for the location, all staff we encountered were wonderful, nice variety for breakfast, and convenient parking.
Disliked: Rooms were outdated and pillows were crunchy.

Stay was short but overall...

Liked: It was clean and I liked the easy access from the parking garage. Key card gets you in and out of the parking garage which was incredibly convenient.
Disliked: No issues with the property. Front desk could use some organization. Waited in what we thought was a line (there were two lines, with two associates) only for the associate to walk away with a customer and didn’t return. We had other guests jumping in front of us despite having waited for 10 minutes, and couldn’t tell who was in line vs who was standing around.
