We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel was convenient to all of our activities, such as shopping, casino and the Soul Food Fest at 3919 Lafayette Road. We enjoyed dinner at Fridays, also the breakfast was nice.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevators got stuck; paying for parking.

Has so much potential to...

Liked: The location is great, lobby and hallways were clean, staff was excellent. I wish we could say the rest was as great as the staff. Overall much cheaper than nearby hotels.
Disliked: Overall the place was livable and sleepable, but comfort and details were completely lacking, the sheets hardly fit over the top of the mattress so as soon as you sat on the bed the fitted sheet would pull off a corner, my wife and i tried our best to pull it over, it was late by the time we realized the issue so we decided to wait till the next day, then the TV was not set up, when we got in late from our dinner plans the TV was next to useless, I'm a tech guy so i had to move the TV and phyiscally reboot the box they use, then the tv worked but the remote was painfully slow, buttons had to be pressed extrememly hard to work. The AC worked but, there was alot of humidity, made the room clammy and hard to sleep. We left for our event, when we came back we had no room service. Again the night was late we dealt with it and went home early the next morning tired and slightly uncomfortable.

Excellent Staff & Location!

Liked: Staff and the location were exceptional! The Staff were thoughtful at celebrating our anniversary and made it a memorable experience. The location was walking distance to restaurants and the Pacers game!
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Good location
Disliked: No toiletries in the bathroom. Had to use shower gel from inside the shower to wash hands at the sink. Breakfast was basic and the coffee was horrid.

Liked: The staff is amazing. The location is excellent and it's a really good value.
Disliked: Our room was right across from the elevator. People are noisy

My stay was very good.

Liked: It was close to the convention center, the rooms were clean, the staff was very courteous, and I did enjoy the complimentary breakfast every morning.
Disliked: Occasionally I had to scour the parking garage to find a decent spot to park my car. However, that isn’t the fault of Fairfield or JW Marriott; it merely comes with the territory when you’re in the heart of the city. C’est la vie.
