We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel was convenient to all of our activities, such as shopping, casino and the Soul Food Fest at 3919 Lafayette Road. We enjoyed dinner at Fridays, also the breakfast was nice.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevators got stuck; paying for parking.

GREAT!!!

Liked: The location, cleanliness of the room, and the professionalism and courtesy given to my family and by Brooklyn. She was vey helpful to our needs during our stay. Also, the hotel was 5 minutes from the event we went to in the evening.
Disliked: The parking garage was hard to navigate in order to find a parking space. When we returned from our evening event it took me 30 minutes driving in circles to find a parking space.

Very nice hotel with great...

Liked: Staff was great. Room was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was quiet. Parking was convenient. Access to Lucas Oil Stadium via skywalks, without going outside, was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
Disliked: Bed pillows were weirdly cylindrical and uncomfortable. Mattress was not plush. One elevator moved up a little, then back down with a thump. After 3 times of this, we got out and used a different elevator.

WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

Liked: THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. THE LOCATION WAS JUST A 10 MINUTE WALK FROM LUCAS OIL STADIUM. STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY.
Disliked: THE HEAT IN THE ROOM DIDNT GO ANY HIGHER THAN 68 SO WE WERE COLD ALL NIGHT.

Liked: Convenient for participating in a trade show in the adjacent convention center, which you can reach through a bit of a maze but without ever leaving a building so you'll get there warm and dry no matter the weather! Very attentive staff.
Disliked: The sound insulation of the windows could be better - outside noise is quite loud still in the room. My colleague hat a room to the back with ventilation fans outside which were as noisy as an airplane. For the room price, this should be improved!
