We had an unexpected stay...

It overall was a decent...

Liked: I liked the location, and the cleanliness of the hotel! The staff was so friendly, and breakfast was yummy and warm!
Disliked: Our room would not cool down, we had it turned all the way down after it was 77 degrees in there, tried to get ahold of someone but was unable, it got down to about 70 which we were grateful for but made a little irritable night! We also had an ant issue ? Many times we had to kill lots of ants on the desk, we were on the fourth floor and weren’t sure why they were there!

Liked: Easy to get to -- close to the State Fair! Great staff!!
Disliked: Breakfast was just fair!

Liked: The facility was very clean and looked welcoming when we arrived. The room was nice as well.
Disliked: The shower wasn't that great. The stream was very narrow and it was hard to regulate the temperature.

Disliked: The motion Sensor on the ceiling really bothered me. Felt like it was maybe a camera.

Exceptional

Liked: Our kids and grandson really enjoyed the room and facilities.

Disappointing

Disliked: I didn’t like that we were moved to a different room without being told about was told the rooms weren’t the same price but yet I haven’t seen a refund of any sort
