Liked: It is always clean and comfortable, I stay every year, twice. It is the halfway point to my family in NC and my home in Chicago. The noon check out is helpful after long drives and the staff is always accommodating and welcoming. I love staying here.
Disliked: As I’ve said, I stay 2-4 times a year, this is a new-ish facility and it’s starting to show its age in places that if addressed sooner than later, would keep it fresh. I stayed in 124 this time. The toilet wobbles like the bolts are loose on the flange, there is old caulking around the base of the toilet where it had once been caulked. The plastic strip at the bottom of the shower door is moldy inside that clear strip, and the overhead light in the bathroom did not light. Some of the exterior recessed lights in the 1st floor soffits were not lit or flickering. Those are small things, otherwise, the place is immaculate!
