Liked: Customer service when we checked in at 11pm was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and didn't taste like plastic eggs like some hotel breakfasts do.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk when we checked out in the morning seemed a bit rude and like she didn't want to be bothered. I had asked her to make sure my points were on my Marriott account and she didn't even ask for any identifying information to make sure it was done. More pillows or a more supportive pillow in the room would have been nice as well.
