Disliked: They wasted about 2 hours of my checkin after driving the whole day, because they gave a 1 bed room while I booked a 2 bed. I was with family and when I asked where half of us will sleep they said that was not their problem, but between me and booking.com as I choose booking.com to pay less on my stay and the booking.com system picked up the wrong room for my stay, not hotels fault according to them. After 2 calls of about 30 min each with booking.com support, my wife and little one went up to the wrong 1 bed room the provided the keys just to use the bathroom while I was at front desk trying to figure this out, and she saw a used condom besides the bed. She started crying facing this nightmare. When I told I will sue them, all out of a miracle the 2 beds correct room came available. They still insisted it was not their fault, but booking.com system. Not even an apology, upgrade, NOTHING. If I did not receive a feedback on this, I will just delete my account and blacklist Fairfield in my life.

houston hotels are dangerous
Liked: my truck was vandalized at this location
Disliked: being followed to this location from another hotel where my truck had been vandalized and i had to report it to the police only to arrive at this hotel and have the same thing happen in the same day. Both locations, someone was tampering with the grill on my truck

Liked: Elevators and WiFi not operational last 3 days of visit and no accommodation made even though I use a cane.
Disliked: Having use stairs for 3 days and no WiFi. Understand storm knocked out service but shouldn’t take 3 days to repair.
