Not at all what I...

Liked: The only good thing were the housekeeping employees. Very nice and pleasant
Disliked: Almost everything, the breakfast was awful, not too many choices. The pool was closed. The location was too far from everything. The staff at the counter were not very friendly only one girl that helped when we checked in.

Disliked: I stayed at the Marriott on glossner in Houston, and your employees charged me twice for my room and I never received my refund. The name of the employee was Justin.
