Dirty and unacceptable

Liked: The room was dirty carpet was ripped . The AC was dirty and the shower curtain.. My wife have a head cough and congested from that AC unit…
Disliked: The room 306 was a dirty room… It wasn’t nothing like we had before at this hotel…

Liked: The manager went above and beyond to help me. Staff is great and the hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s also in a great location.
