Threatened by a front desk...

Liked: Everything could have been great, place was clean, not smoked in, quiet enough 3 out of 4 staff interactions were good.
Disliked: The overnight staff, after I inquired about a USBC charged threatened to call the police on me and subsequently refused to provide her name. After inquiring her name multiple times she said it was Karen. The staff on the next shift informed me her name is Nazerine. The front desk person overnight made me feel unsafe and not welcome. Thanks for triggering panic and PTSD at my expense.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and...

Liked: Breakfast was good and offered good choices. However, the hot double chocolate cookies at the front desk was delicious!!!! I’m still looking to buy some of them in my town!
Disliked: The rate for the deluxe suite was over priced for the square footage of the room.
