It was OK for a...
Liked: The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Great working ice machine
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable. Conditioner bottle was empty- only to realize once I was in the shower. Property was somewhat isolated, but there were many things close by on Dixie Highway.

Great stay
Liked: most amazing clean comfortable quiet and all around best hotel with the exception of a 5 star we have ever stayed..I loved this stay and wish all traveling would be as awesome..loved it

Never again!!!
Liked: Available during a hurricane evacuation
Disliked: Housekeeping was nonexistent, bedding was dirty. We had to ask every day for clean towels, had to take out the trash to the hallway ourselves, never had housekeeping come to us in a 4 day stay.

I room was very smelly...
Liked: I thought that the coffee tasted very good. The continental breakfast was OK, but could’ve use some improvements. The staff was friendly. The accommodations were adequate however they could’ve been better.
Disliked: When we checked in, there was a problem with the battery in our door. This problem persisted and needed maintenance two more times within the first hour that we checked in. The following day, the same problem happens again and this time the staff replaced the whole lock in our door. This was quite inconvenient. In addition to this, I woke up in the middle of the night, The first night we were there. The air conditioner had shut off because the battery and the thermostat had died. It seems like this hotel definitely has a problem with their batteries. Once there is no air conditioning in our room, we could tell that there was a very bad pet smell. When we checked in the AC was turned down very low and this hid the smell. When I talked to the front desk at 4 AM, she said maintenance would not be in until 9 AM so it was basically on me and my partner to fix the thermostat by going to the front desk, retrieving batteries and putting them in ourselves. This did get the AC working, but I did not feel comfortable that there was a bad pet smell in our room, and that they weren’t able to do anything about it because the hotel was full. As stated this is rarely serviced by the service while you were staying in the room. I had to go to the desk to ask for clean towels and things like garbage bags. This seems like the customer is going above and beyond where the hotel should be doing some of the services. Certainly the price was low however, I would’ve appreciated a discount for the very bad smell in my room and all of the inconveniences however, the hotel did not offer one.

Liked: Staff is extremely friendly and so compassionate. We were running from hurricane Milton. You would never know it is a pet friendly hotel. It smells amazing and no noise!
