Disliked: when i first got here, the lady booked us in a room that already had guests in it. we used the room key and all, I was so embarrassed. We got a new room, got settled, then we out for dinner etc. when we got back i called the front desk complaining because we have roaches in our room. the night worker was no help and he told me that was the first time he heard it. I took a picture and will make a formal complaint in the morning. I understand it having people in and out but there should be proper procedures in place and double booking a room, she should have checked the computer instead of just giving me a key. she had a stack of keys already programmed.

Disliked: Wifi wouldn't connect plus they were remodeling so no ice any where as well no laundry room available like it was supposed to be for guest the hotel smelled horrible an was dirty in the elevator

Our stay was disappointing. Overpriced...

Liked: The breakfast was okay for Continental style breakfast. We actually expected more from the description on the website. They were doing construction so I understand that there was some concessions that had to be made.
Disliked: The conditions of the rooms were awful. The rooms were dirty. There were stains and garbage on the carpets, the showers were in bad shape, looked like it was about to fall in. Several of the rooms had non-functional TVs. Rooms were very humid and uncomfortable.
