I have stayed here before...
Liked: Perfect location very clean nice breakfast
Disliked: The room faced the parking lot and the curtains do not close all the way, so the light was constantly shining in the room which we didn’t realize until it got dark and we were already unpacked and changed. I would’ve asked for a switch of rooms very difficult to sleep.

Ridiculous they will not allow...
Liked: Clean and free breakfast
Disliked: Misnformation!! I was told we could split the bill upon check out. At check out they refused to split the hotel bill with me & my colleague. It was very inconvenient & unprofessional. How do you submit an expense report with no receipt? She had to pay me out of her pocket. And then deal with her company later . I’ve never stayed at a hotel does not allow split forms of payment, & I travel ALOT. Ridiculous! Will never stay again or trust a Fairfield Inn and suites Manchester, Connecticut employee statement regarding ability to split FOPs.

Disappointing
Liked: The evening clerk Dennis was great. He was help and engaging. He was willing to help us in any way.
Disliked: We discovered the next morning that the room did not have a hair dryer as mentioned in the room description. We contacted the front desk. The front desk clerk advised that there was nothing she could do and that we would have to wait until 8:30 am or 9 am when housekeeping arrives. About 10 minutes after my wife's contact with the front desk, the same clerk presented us with a hair dryer. She said nothing but handed my wife a hairdryer. No words or even an apology. This hair dryer did not work. We tried several receptacles in the room. Upon our departure, we returned the hairdryer to the same clerk. Again, nothing offered or even an apology for poor service.
