Over all is was good
Liked: Quiet area.
Disliked: No room service for the three days we stayed. Had to get clean towels from the front desk.

Fine for what we needed...
Liked: we left before breakfast, but the front door staff was friendly during our interactions. We also slept well in the beds.
Disliked: When we arrived, there was hair, everywhere, in the bathroom. little balls of curly hair in and around the shower, like a man had decided to shave their body in there and the cleaning service couldn't get all of it. It was disgusting. We arrived around 8 PM and were leaving at 5 AM so we needed to just shower and go to sleep, so I, completely grossed out, tried to clean it up as much as I could, but it was honestly unacceptable.

Not a great start but...
Liked: Location and the amenities were great. The staff we meet in the morning were very welcoming and helpful. The rest of our stay with our large group was great.
Disliked: We called in the morning to advise we would be a late late check in. The staff we spoke with was wonderful and took care of getting us checked in early so we only had to pick up our key from the front desk. When we arrived the staff working the desk was asleep (snoring) on the lobby sofa. I waited and when the rest of my group came in a little louder than me we woke him up and he had a poor attitude and wouldn't even speak to us. We had to explain to him we were already checked in and just needed to get the key and when asked where the restrooms were located he just pointed... couldn't be bothered from his nap I guess. This will not stop us from booking here again just proved to be poor customer service at the start

Disliked: I called the front desk before check out to figure out how to sign out on my YouTube account. Front desk didn't know. Message on TV/internet said I would be signed out automatically when I checked out. It was a confusing message since it really wasn't necessary for me to sign out of YouTube, but the front desk not knowing how to do so was a bit unprofessional.
