Liked: We had a great time. The staff was very friendly and accommodated us as needed. We will definitely be returning for another vacation. How could I forget the complimentary breakfast - was delicious. Great job Fairfield Inn. Got to love Shawn the front desk clerk.

Liked: I liked that the staff was very welcoming.
Disliked: It was disgusting, smelled very bad, I had to push the mattress over because it wasn't in the correct space, there was trash around the bed from previous guests. The roll of tissues was used and half gone. There weren't enough towels either. I filed a complaint to the manager but she said there was nothing she could do because I booked through a 3rd party. I contacted booking and they didn't resolve the issue. Money wasted!!

Disliked: the fact that it had roaches dead in the cycling and on the floor, toilet handle broken, refrigerator rusted and peeling. no shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bottles. lock on door was broken and they had a screw in it. after checking in the door was open as if someone was in it
