Disliked: The stay was very expensive for what I encountered. I stayed here, as I was meeting family. When I arrived, it started off with not being able to get access to my room. The key card wasn’t working, so I went back to front desk where the man gave me another one. This one did work at first, but became temperamental as I came and went. It took multiple times to have success.Alternatively and most notably, the morning of check out after having a shower, I was approached by a few mice that ran past me. Not expecting any sort of reimbursement (simply doing a good deed for future customers and the sake of the hotel), I let the manager know who was very offputting and made an assumption that I was lying (based on tone of voice- “there’s never been mice in this hotel” she stated. I saw it and was not compensated for this health risk caused.

Liked: The layout , pool with waterslide for the kids and breakfast
Disliked: The shower curtains were too short in length for the tub because of this when showering the water wasn’t contained in the stall causing a pool of water to collect on the bathroom floor , I had a near miss and caught myself with the door handle.

Disliked: Our room smelled like it was a smoking room.

Liked: the Breakfast was exceptional been at many hotels and this is far the best the staff was there to clean up after people left it was full of kids from our cheer leading team for competition and parent the staff was great and very accommodating the hotel was buzzing with kids
Disliked: could say too much bad about it
