Very good
Liked: Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows and great breakfast!
Disliked: Coffee machines in the room - should be updated to better quality machines for the price of a room. Nespresso machines are an excellent choice and found in a lot of other hotels.

Poor
Liked: They had a water slide, but could only use it at certain times. They had a hot tub but they would continuously put chlorine in so it was not usable at times.
Disliked: The slide for the pool only had certain hours. The staff didn't communicate when she said she was taking a "break" and stated she would open it back up in 5 to 10 minutes. A half hour passed and I asked when the slide would be opened again, she said it was closed for maintenance but didn't tell any guests of this. Many other guests were waiting for the slide to open as well.I asked staff for towels, they didn't have any down by the pool and we were told we could not bring our towels back up stairs. So we had no towels to dry off in the pool area, and we had to go back to our rooms walking through the halls dripping wet and cold.Breakfast closed down early so we didn't get to eat the "included" breakfast.

Disliked: The stay was very expensive for what I encountered. I stayed here, as I was meeting family. When I arrived, it started off with not being able to get access to my room. The key card wasn’t working, so I went back to front desk where the man gave me another one. This one did work at first, but became temperamental as I came and went. It took multiple times to have success.Alternatively and most notably, the morning of check out after having a shower, I was approached by a few mice that ran past me. Not expecting any sort of reimbursement (simply doing a good deed for future customers and the sake of the hotel), I let the manager know who was very offputting and made an assumption that I was lying (based on tone of voice- “there’s never been mice in this hotel” she stated. I saw it and was not compensated for this health risk caused.
