Liked: I was at the Fairfield Inn with family to attend my uncle's funeral. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. I love the hotel closeness to Abbevill S.C. I love the free breakfast, free parking, great customer service and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Disliked: The first disappointment was the high 220.00 per night room charge , considering your jacuzzi was not working at all. The coffee was Luke warm each day When requesting at front desk for room service , I was told the rooms are only cleaned every other day. He did not want to add my room to the list for that day The lady that cleans the rooms, said I will clean your room, if you need it. I really appreciated that. My biggest disappointment for me and my family was the sleep comfort. The beds were too low and hard. Even the pillars were uncomfortable.

Disliked: Elevator broke was down for half a day Had to use stairs was on 3rd floor have a bad hip and leg was very hard for me to use stairs Pool was shut down by DHEC the second day that I was there couldn’t use
