After making a reservation at this property in early June for a mid August event, we arrived at the property only to find that we had been bumped from a smoking room to a non smoking room. We were told that our room was close to the front of the hotel and we could just go outside to smoke. Well I didn't appreciate their lack of consideration in this matter. We found other accommodations and am still waiting on my refund. If you want to be treated like a second class person, this is the hotel for you!

Disliked: Homeless guy hanging out in the lobby area all weekend and lurking around in the parking lot. Homeless persons had table and chairs set up in the far backside of the hotel and hung out there all day. Had problems with my room each day from a busted pipe casing, a running non stop toilet and housekeeping having to let me in because my cardkey stopped working. Staff never at desk or didn’t pickup when calling the front desk. Also they tried to place a $54 hold on my card when I checked out. The clerk said it would drop off once they checked the room. If anything they should have credited me the $54 for the headaches and discomfort I experienced the entire weekend.
