Great staff.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly.

After making a reservation at this property in early June for a mid August event, we arrived at the property only to find that we had been bumped from a smoking room to a non smoking room. We were told that our room was close to the front of the hotel and we could just go outside to smoke. Well I didn't appreciate their lack of consideration in this matter. We found other accommodations and am still waiting on my refund. If you want to be treated like a second class person, this is the hotel for you!

the hotel was clean and...

Liked: the breakfast was good. If you get there right when they open. Anytime after that you need to warm up the stuff off hot bar side. The location was good. it were right off the interstate 385
