Disliked: The lighting in the room seemed dim, especially in the bathroom around the mirror area.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Breakfast food and location was great. Nice comfortable booths, good coffee. Great yogurt bar and omelettes. Close proximity to Starbucks for those wanting a $$$$ coffee. Our double queen room was spacious and very very quiet. Never heard our neighbors or anyone upstairs. There was nice art on the walls and my wife commented that the bathroom was more luxurious than expected.
Disliked: There was no body wash/shampoo/conditioner in the pumps when we arrived but the front desk took care of us quick and easy. No worries at all.

BED BUGS

Disliked: Bed bugs were found in the bed, my daughter now has a bumpy itchy rash on her back :(There was a live bug moving around in the breakfast bagel and pastry container Stains on the blankets in the room we were moved too after bed bugs were reportedThere was a crack in the caulking in the corner tile on the wall and while we were getting our toddler in the bath, her toe came into contact with it and cut the inside of her toe causing her to bleed :/ We visit the area and we’re hoping this would be our go to stay, but won’t be staying here again or recommending unfortunately..When I brought the live bed bug down just for evidence and that we weren’t making it up , the manager said we would be moved and refunded but that is the last we heard. She seemed more concerned about other guests overhearing…no follow up communication / apology from the property offering compensation or cleaning/ inspecting our clothing for bed bugs.. We were hesitant to stay our last night even after pulling all the blanket and bedding apart..now keeping everything from our trip separate with caution of being bed bugs home :/

Very nice comfortable hotel with...

Liked: Conveient location, just off the freeway. Our room was beautiful room and very clean and comfortable. The staff were great and very friendly. The included breakfast was delicious, stayed stocked and had a nice variety. They provided several options that I appreciated for my food sensitivities. The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice large shower. I would stay here again!
Disliked: The lighting in the bathroom with the back-lit mirror was very nice to look at, but not very good for applying makeup. The room was pretty quiet.
