Very pleased with staff and...

Liked: Breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant, and helpful.
Disliked: Parking lot could be bigger.

A comfortable overnight in Gillette

Liked: The facility is very clean and modern. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had during our 1 week road trip. I especially appreciated the additional fresh fruit and the cooked oatmeal. We didn't use the waterpark, but I'm sure it would be very popular with families.
Disliked: No complaints

Disliked: The hotel was well maintained, however, I booked through BOOKING.COM. When I arrived at the hotel later that nite, tired. The manager confirmed the reservation, but stated the hotel was full and that there was no room. He explained that the third-party Booking.com had reserved and confirmed a non-existent room. This was not a good feeling. The manager also stated that this was not unusual for third-party companies to book and confirm reservations when there were

One night stay on our...

Disliked: The first room we got had a stained sleeper sofa so we had to be moved to another room. They made it right. We stayed one night. The breakfast was good.
