Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast, cleanliness and AC!!
Disliked: Bed was way too firm and only 1 elevator

A comfortable overnight in Gillette

Liked: The facility is very clean and modern. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had during our 1 week road trip. I especially appreciated the additional fresh fruit and the cooked oatmeal. We didn't use the waterpark, but I'm sure it would be very popular with families.
Disliked: No complaints

Bad

Disliked: The hotel was well maintained, however, I booked through BOOKING.COM. When I arrived at the hotel later that nite, tired. The manager confirmed the reservation, but stated the hotel was full and that there was no room. He explained that the third-party Booking.com had reserved and confirmed a non-existent room. This was not a good feeling. The manager also stated that this was not unusual for third-party companies to book and confirm reservations when there were

Exceptional

One night stay on our...

Disliked: The first room we got had a stained sleeper sofa so we had to be moved to another room. They made it right. We stayed one night. The breakfast was good.

An excellent value with amazing...

Liked: The facility and rooms were beautiful and clean, and the breakfast included and amazing selection of items. For families, the waterpark would be amazing, and it was an excellent value. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing. I had no complaints about this hotel.

Never again

Liked: It had breakfast
Disliked: The beds are super soft and tend to have to be pushed back on the box springs. Trash behind the end table between the beds, black mold growing under soap dish in shower, shower stall covered in black spots all over. The water park was freezing cold, the jacuzzi didn’t work, no intertubes to use on lazy river or slides, poop smeared across wall in woman’s restroom.
