Substandard and Poor Value

Disliked: Bad area. Train noise. Needs refurbishment. Nasty cheap scratchy towels and poor toiletries. Matress extremely firm I have no idea what it was made of. Never had one like it anywhere.

Great room with a fantastic...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. And the staff was above average. Amanda Cometsevah helped me check in and out. She was fantastic. As a solo traveler it’s important for me to feel safe. She greeted me and chatted a bit with me while she checked me in. Personable and friendly.
Disliked: Easy to park…the parking lot needs replacing but I felt safe.

Won’t stay there again.

Disliked: Towels were cheap. Noise - trains, semis, traffic.

Disliked: There was a really bad smell in the elevator. It continued some into the hallway and room.

Perfection from beginning to end,...

Liked: New, extremely clean, well designed and decorated. The shower was phenomenal and the bath products wonderful. The bed and linens were well done and pillows were a good assortment
Disliked: I have no complaints at all, it was another incredible Fairfield stay
